#🔴 1. BCG

Type: Live attenuated (Mycobacterium bovis)
Dose/Amount: 0.05 ml (<1 yr) / 0.1 ml (>1 yr)
Schedule/Timing: At birth
Route: Intradermal (left upper arm)
Prevents: Tuberculosis


#🟠 2. Rotavirus (ROTA)

Type: Live attenuated
Dose/Amount: 5 drops (≈1.5–2 ml depending on brand)
Schedule/Timing: 6 & 10 weeks
Route: Oral
Prevents: Rotavirus diarrhoea


#🔵 3. OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine)

Type: Live attenuated
Dose/Amount: 2 drops
Schedule/Timing: Birth, 6, 10, 14 weeks
Route: Oral
Prevents: Poliomyelitis


#🟣 4. PCV

Type: Conjugate
Dose/Amount: 0.5 ml
Schedule/Timing: 6 & 14 weeks
Route: Intramuscular (anterolateral thigh)
Prevents: Pneumonia, meningitis (Pneumococcal)

Type: Combination vaccine
• Diphtheria & Tetanus – Toxoid
• Pertussis – Killed
• Hep B – Recombinant subunit
• Hib – Conjugate

Dose/Amount: 0.5 ml
Schedule/Timing: 6, 10, 14 weeks
Route: Intramuscular (anterolateral thigh)
Prevents: DPT + Hepatitis B + Hib infections

Type: Inactivated (killed polio virus)
Dose/Amount: 0.1 ml
Schedule/Timing: 6 & 14 weeks
Route: Intradermal
Prevents: Poliomyelitis

Type: Live attenuated
Dose/Amount: 0.5 ml
Schedule/Timing: 9 months & 15 months
Route: Subcutaneous
Prevents: Measles, Rubella

Type: Live attenuated
Dose/Amount: 0.5 ml
Schedule/Timing: 12 months
Route: Subcutaneous
Prevents: Japanese encephalitis

Route: Intramuscular
Prevents: Typhoid fever

Schedule/Timing: 10–14 years (single dose)
Route: Intramuscular (deltoid)
Prevents: Cervical cancer (HPV infection)

#🤰 Td Vaccine (Pregnancy)

Type of Vaccine:
Toxoid vaccine (Tetanus toxoid + low-dose Diphtheria toxoid)

Dose/Amount:
0.5 ml

Schedule/Timing:
Td-1: As early as possible during pregnancy (after first trimester)
Td-2: 4 weeks after Td-1
Td Booster: Single dose if fully immunized in last 5 years

Route of Administration:
Intramuscular (deltoid muscle)

Prevents:
Maternal tetanus, neonatal tetanus, diphtheria
