A 19-year-old woman comes to the health facility complaining of amenorrhea for 2 months. You are the in charge of the health center. The woman has been married for 1 year and a pregnancy test was done which came positive.

She complains of cough with occasional evening rise of high-grade fever. She is under weight and has past medical history of pneumonia which was treated with medications.
