In a rural PHC, a case of pulmonary tuberculosis has been detected in a woman aged 30 years. She has one 36 months old child (given BCG vaccination). She complains of cough with occasional evening rise of high-grade fever. She is under weight and has past medical history of pneumonia which was treated with medications.
