#Problem – I
A 22-year-old female complains of high fever with chills and rigor along with suprapubic pain for 5 days. She also has increased frequency of micturition with burning sensation and urgency. She also complains of passage of turbid urine which has strong odor than usual. Her general condition is ill looking and per abdominal examination revealed tenderness in suprapubic region most likely due to cystitis.
a. Describe the nerve supply with its applied anatomy of the affected organ. [Anatomy] [3]

#Problem – II
A 19-year-old lady presented with restlessness, persistent palpitation and heat intolerance for last 6 months. On examination she has exophthalmos, fine tremor and pretibial myxedema. Her thyroid function test shows increased serum T3 and T4 and reduced thyroid stimulating hormone. On the basis of clinical and biochemical findings diagnosis of Grave’s disease was made.
